I wanted to share the thoughts I have when I am making my art. I chose 3 of my favourite paper pieces and wrote what they make me think of and what I felt at the time of creation.

The less time I spend in my head and the more time in the real world is best for me.
There’s always an endless stream of distractions and things to do, taking us away from enjoying the only thing we truly have - each moment.

This feeling hits hard during springtime. Longer and brighter days melt my bad moods and lift my energy levels.
For me, an awareness of how my environment is pushing me to think and feel in certain ways sets me free from getting locked into cycles of overthinking.
