Shipping

Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping. In rare cases or when shipping to remote locations, orders can take longer to arrive. If you have any questions about your order or believe it is lost in transit, please contact me

Returns Policy

In the rare event that a product is dispatched and does not meet expectations, please get in touch via the contact form on our website. Each customer service inquiry is handled on a case-by-case basis, so please contact me before returning any items. 

If your artwork or print does not meet your expectations, please contact me so I can review your order. Some damage to artworks may be possible to repair, or if a frame is damaged, the frame could be replaced.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Please let me know if you want to return an item within 7 days of receiving your package. A product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product was received in the last 7 days
– The product can be wrapped again in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Alanna Eakin.

If you ordered a custom or bespoke piece, then I cannot accept returns on non-faulty items. If a piece has been made especially for you, then you will review and approve the work before shipping.
