Shipping and Returns
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping. In rare cases or when shipping to remote locations orders can take longer to arrive. If you have any questions about your order or believe it is lost in transit please contact us.
Visual Flux cannot accept returns on any product purchased from the print shop. If your print is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can review your order.
Visual Flux will accept returns within 28 days of your order, excluding items purchased through the print shop. Please get in touch via the contact form on our website so we can review your order and, where necessary, ship a return label to you.
Outside of this 28 days, Visual Flux cannot accept returns on non faulty items. In the rare event that a product is dispatched and does not meet expectations, please get in touch via the contact form on our website. Each customer service inquiry is handled on a case by case basis, so please contact us before returning any items.
