Shipping
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping. In rare cases or when shipping to remote locations orders can take longer to arrive. If you have any questions about your order or believe it is lost in transit please contact us.
Returns Policy
If your print, artwork or clothing item is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact me so I can review your order. If you ordered a custom or bespoke piece, then I cannot accept returns on non-faulty items. If a piece has been made especially for you then you will review and approve the work before shipping.
I will accept returns within 28 days of your order. Please get in touch via the contact form on our website so we can review your order and, where necessary, ship a return label to you.
Outside of these 28 days, I cannot accept returns on non-faulty items. In the rare event that a product is dispatched and does not meet expectations, please get in touch via the contact form on our website. Each customer service inquiry is handled on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us before returning any items.
