Created as reminders to slow down and reconnect with ourselves, these artworks depict self-reflection, inner stillness, and the complexity of being human.
By layering portraits, flowers and dreamy textures, each piece invites you to pause and step back from distraction and reconnect with thought, emotion, and the beauty of our inner world.
Blending the real with the surreal, the work is inspired by mindfulness, human connection, and the strange, hopeful experience of navigating life through the lens of our own minds.
Designed to bring a sense of calm, curiosity, and reflection into our spaces.

Each artwork is built through layers of painting, drawing, collage, and stitched textures. This process creates surfaces that feel both delicate and emotionally charged.
This piece was created using acrylic paint, graphite, coloured pencil, and digitally created patterns printed onto paper. I tear up my own drawings and painted textures, then stitch the fragments back together using my sewing machine.
My creative process is playful, experimental, and constantly evolving. I collect images, colours, textures, and symbols that I feel emotionally connected to, then combine and rearrange them to build a sense of balance within the composition. The meaning of each artwork emerges through the making process.
By layering, reworking, and partially destroying sections of the image, the portraits gradually develop a fragmented, dreamlike appearance. I love the unfinished look; the torn edges and loose threads celebrate imperfection, uncertainty and the human touch.

This artwork is sold framed. The frame is a simple, slightly textured white wooden frame, measuring 24 x 30 cm with a white mount and glass glazing.
